Pros
Management at my facility is professional and accessable, work environment is clean, well lit, comfortable and well furnished. Pay is better than most call centers in region. Bonuses and other perks for top job performance are good. For those seroius about working in a supportive and professional environment this is a great place. The culture is about providing top quality service to plan members and clients. Benefits are excellent (medical, dental,vision, 401K, paid time off) and the Corp. supports domestic partnership of same sex couples through their benefits.
Cons
Corporate culture leans toward hiring women as front line workers and hiring men as managers. Cultural diversity sensitivity errs towards tolerating unacceptable behaviors from protected cultures while leaning hard on caucasian to hold to standards. Performance based advancement is based in part on indidvidual charitable contribution to the local community. If you like giving to charities other than the corporate favorites you may not make the grade.
