Pros
Work from home position. Nice coworkers
Cons
This is possibly the worst company I have ever worked for. They mismanage things, then complain 6 months later that the changes they implemented 6 months ago didn't work so they restructure your job again. If they would just listen to the NURSES who are actually doing the job instead of letting those with business degrees structure things, this company would flourish. They made bad business decisions, lost money, so now the nurses who had no part in those decisions are paying the price, literally. No bonuses for us which we counted on as part of our salary. But the millionaire business men who made the failed policy could care less. Time off? Forget it. You can't ever find time available they don't have other people off, so unless you schedule time off 4 years in advance, good luck. I have 34 years experience and brand new nurses they hired in fresh out of school came in making more money than me, so much for loyalty. Our productivity expectations have increased by 50%, yet they made it more difficult to complete a case. So they make your job harder, but want more work done in 8 hours. I could go on and on how awful this job is, but my spouse has health issues and I have to work from home so I am stuck at the moment.
