Pros

- Competitive pay/benefits package - Free Salad/Sandwich bar - Field employees specifically, have an uncapped commission potential. The more you work, the more you will earn.

Cons

Water restoration is a hard industry. Regardless of your position in the company, when it gets busy, everyone gets busy. Everyone needs to work hard to keep things running smoothly.

Pros

Was a warm and welcoming environment at first. Free snacks and at your own pace.

Cons

But with the amount of people who quit in my department in 2025 alone, workload became overwhelming and pay was not worth it even with quarterly commission. When I started, estimators handled 50-60 files to when I left we were handling 180-200 files. Nothing was done by management to alleviate pressure and workload. I would stay after hours our of choice just to make sure I wasn’t behind. No recognition for going above and beyond and instead management asks why our numbers aren’t higher. Pay is lower than competitors. People talk behind your back and can’t confront others face to face when they have an issue. Some upper management has some emotional outbursts and have witnessed one lash out in an emotional episode. Micromanaged with 24/7 audio and visual surveillance.
