There were a few pleasant people I got to work with.
Cons
There is too many.
Management is the worst.
They don't pay their vendors on time
No one keeps people in the loop and they like to mention they have an open door policy. complete bologna they strive in keeping the doors closed and keeping everything private. Management says they are trying to cut cost, but they intend to keep on spending on the credit card. You can't work your way up or do they like to give raises or bonuses. Always making other people do their dirty work. Pile your work and expect you to get paid the same wage.
Good electrical construction and installation experience.
Cons
Tough management. Stressful work environment. No overtime pay but you're required to put in way more effort and work. No training or development for employees. No benefits. No bonus.
