Pros
Excellent work environment. Very flexible with the schedule. Fair payment although, since the administration is very poor you have to ask for raises because there is no some kind of evaluation. Job Work/Life Balance is good, normally and depending of the job area you are able to get home on time in order to do other projects or stuff
Cons
There is no good management at all, the company hast to improve in that area. The objectives change continuously and that causes the previous objectives to be left behind. Eventually and depending on the area, it gets a bit boring Since the processes have no solid structure, the workload some times is too much. This is directly related to the continuous changing objectives and projects in the company.
