Pros

Good pay and benefits when coupled with South Florida make an attractive combination.

Cons

Tyrannical senior management that fosters a culture of blame and fear. The CTIO and his senior leaders have no human empathy and are the worst people I have ever worked for. There is no room for any opinions except theirs and God help you if you question them. The sales teams and finance teams are well led but stay away from any engineering, project management or operations job if you value your sanity.
