      - Paid for Banking exams. - Free Lunches on Friday. - A few social events annually. - Some work colleagues were decent. - Company did trust you in terms of having leeway when dealing with customers.

      Cons

      - Terrible salary. - Unrealistic targets to hit bonus. - Far too many people were dismissed while working in Cabot Financial. - As per point 3) issues with hiring the correct people. - There was a clique where people would get promoted not on merit.

      You get a free lunch on a Friday!!! Ok if you do not have an education for the money

      Cons

      Worked like robots Expected to ask for some kind of payment no matter the situation of the customer even a death in the family and if your call is listened to by management they will mark your score down and if its under 80% you are called into a meeting. No fun at all very boring and quiet on the floor. Timed bathroom break (10 mins a day) again called into office if you go.over this time Strict lunch times chosen by your line manager Low pay for a job that everybody hates
