- Fun workplace for the most part. Fast-paced, but opportunity to talk with peers. - Discounts on food. - Flexible hours, which is helpful if you are in school or working part-time.
Cons
- Lots of favouritism in promotion decisions. - Compensation is not great for the amount of time and effort that you need to put in. - No free food for employees. Even if an order is made wrong, the food is thrown away instead of given to employees.
