Garbage place with toxic work culture - Anonymous employee Cactus Communications Employee Review

Pros

Nothing much, even their biggest advantage of work from home is not with the damage to mental health.

Cons

Depends on team but generally the toxicity and unrealistic expectations are too normalised. Management refuses to see the issues. There's growth but it's actually because the turnover is high.

Pros

Not many I can think of.

Cons

There is not much area for growth for this position. Maybe this is common for similar positions in other companies, too.
