Horrible Work Life Balance - Editor Cactus Communications Employee Review

As contractual employees, the more work you do, the more money you make. The pay is extremely low compared to the workload. This makes work extremely hectic, and if you don't complete the target, they will deduct money. The client files sometimes need to be sent at 5 am in the morning or 12 am and night making no work-life balance. You have to work on weekends as well. Especially the in-house team is unhelpful and ready to fire you.
