Pros
1) Good services like Cab, free food and 2) Not much job politics (at least not at junior levels) and people are mostly friendly and supporting in work. 3) Pays well if you work good. (But not initially) 4) Flexible timings. You can even work from home for over a month (If you actually work) !!
Cons
1) Pathetic coding practices and lack of much innovative people. 2) Huge dependency on senior employees to understand tough aspects of the code (due to above reason). 3) Most of the good work happens in U.S. and most of the time people fix bugs and introduce new bugs (unintentionally). 4) Doesn't have good starting package, considering it's the 2nd largest EDA company and both the 1st and 3rd ranking companies have substantial difference in package.
