      Amazing place to work. You feel like a valued member of the team. There is a good level of autonomy and responsibility. I have always found support when i need it and your personal time is respected.

      Good parking lot, nice people, free tap water.

      Cons

      CEO likes for work on weekends, so as a result all leadership works weekends. CEO and CFO seem to be obsessed with ES&G and as a result odd decisions are made with respect to hiring and retention.
