Pros
nice people to work with. a lot of people there are long term employment with the company. flexible working schedule. nice office building, and the location is fine where closer to Fraser river.
Cons
products are old, for recent years, company did not make any really new products. so, some of their products last 10 or more than 10 years, and still sell in the market. There is not much space for personal carrer growth path. the company has more difficulty in the market year by a year.
