Free healthy food in the kitchen every day. The company seems to care about employees, and has very high retention in most areas. They hire smart people who can do their jobs. They seem to trust employees to do what they are supposed to, without being micromanaged. The work Cadwell does directly impacts healthcare in a positive way. Most managers are working managers who participate in the work they are managing. The products in the market and being developed look like they give Cadwell a solid future. Solid culture that supports family and healthy lifestyle. Owners both work here full time and are involved. The work is challenging and rewarding.
