I really enjoyed the company culture. Everyone was really friendly and the company culture was very family oriented. Lunch and dinner breaks would be some sort of a family-style it was not busy. They were really understanding about scheduling as well due to the fact that most employees were students.
Cons
There wasn't really much cons in working here. Of course what you'd expect for pay though is around minimum or a little bit more.

Pros
They're very flexible around student schedules, and you're located on campus so it's easy to work and then go to class. Free unlimited drinks (within reason) and food.
Cons
The men, who do most of the actual barista operations, can be very rude. It's a very clique-y environment and not particularly nice. Pick one of the men to be your "rabbi" and you get some protection. Otherwise, you're ostracized.
