Pros
CafePress is a great place to work. It's a very casual environment that encourages employees to be themselves. CafePress prides itself on staying cutting edge when it comes to technology. I actually left CafePress for a year and decided that I needed to come back. It is a decision I don't regret one bit.
Cons
I would say that the main cons for me are organization and focus. Sometimes you can feel like you don't really know what you should be working on. However, there is a huge initiative going on right now to get more organized and focused. This initiative is supported from the CEO down.
