Pros
Casual atmosphere, good people, and high standard keep me happy here. They treat people like actual people, not just "resources" to manage. Add in some work-from-home time, and it's a pretty nice package. There's room for growth if you're up to the challenge.
Cons
Management has changed direction a lot in the (short) time I've been here. Peak time (holidays) are busy and it's mostly "all-hands-on-deck" for November and December. You'll be disappointed if you expect a private office.
