• Understanding and appreciative management • Fun environment –– busy, but not breakneck. • TONS of returning customers. • Definitely embodies Argentinian culture: inclusive, not too strict, fun...!

The kitchen is a little small and sometimes the food takes a bit of time to come out.

Pros

Decent discount as well as meals/drinks offered while you train, and you get tips.

Cons

High turnover rate most likely due to multiple reasons. For one: you are expected to be a barista, busser, server, cashier, and runner all while being confined to a small space and fast environment. Then there's the owner's wife who does training although she has little to no patience and gets aggrivated easily, also training only lasts a few days and you're expected to know the menu front to back. Lastly some of the equipment that you work with isn't the most sanitary/made for what they're being used. For example they don't have the right size pitchers to make milk foam which results in flat/runny lattes and cappuccinos. Not to mention they'll leave out residual steamed milk for long periods of time until the next rush hits and you're expected to reuse/re-steam it.
