Middle management has absolute no oversight on scheduling, hiring and placement of new or trained hires. Upper management and HR are toxic and do not include any decision making over employees and locations or company and everyone is just expected to comply. Racist undertone. Disability discrimination undertone. Pay raises are never offered unless you harass them for months.
