We never encourage our employees to work on weekends. Have you ever brought this up with top management? Never. If you had told the top management that the client is asking you to work on weekends, we would have told the client that our employees don't work on weekends. Additionally, we do provide appraisals and raises that exceed market standards, based on performance on the assigned project.
