      Beautiful campus. Love working with students!!

      Cons

      The Student Affairs administration is a mess. There is a lot of transitions right now and everyone on top is just fighting for their own power. Though the term "student-focused" hangs on their mouths all the time, they do not prioritize students' safety and welfare as top priorities.

      colleagues are generally friendly and helpful; great to be able to support students; benefits are good

      Cons

      we're generally paid less than other CSUs; the working environment depends entirely on where you work on campus; still fighting to get automatic salary steps/raises
