Small company on the right track for exponential growth! Products are awesome, people are great. An opportunity to be on the ground floor of a successful start up, and gain all-around experience in many departments.
Cons
As with any small company growing rapidly, there are kinks to be ironed out, especially at the management level. Some production processes can be improved for efficiency, as well as having more communication between departments.
