Pros

- The work environment can be dynamic, but it is overshadowed by serious upper management issues. - Some of the colleagues are passionate and talented, which makes working with them the only rewarding aspect of the job.

Cons

- Senior management lacks the necessary managerial skills and experience to lead effectively. There is a severe lack of communication and transparency about decisions, which creates confusion and low morale among employees. - Favoritism is rampant, with certain individuals receiving preferential treatment. There’s little to no opportunity for growth or career advancement due to the unpredictable nature of management decisions.

Pros

Nothing beneficial or good to say about, that’s how bad it is. At least ground staff still nice and fun to work with.

Cons

1. They tend to overpromise career progression but never take real action to develop or support their staff. 2. They are overly negative and quick to blame employees for mistakes, offering no proper guidance or assistance—only criticism. 3. The management believes they are always right. They ask for feedback but never genuinely listen; instead, they twist it negatively and use it against employees. 4. They expect perfection from others yet make mistakes themselves and refuse to admit them. The worst part is they are quick to blame others rather than take responsibility for their own errors.

Pros

>>The crew is pretty chill and there’s some solid potential for growth if they pull their socks up.

Cons

>>Right, let’s get into it. There are some people in management who, quite frankly, have no business being there. It’s like they’ve been promoted because they’re in the “mate club” rather than because they actually know what they’re doing. If you’re not in the inner circle, good luck! because fairness? Nah, it’s more about who you know than what you can do. >> I’m sure.. let’s call her “The Big Boss” isn’t aware of all the..... >>And don’t even get me started on the processes. I mean, we’ve got this fancy CRM Zoho, you know the one, but instead of making our lives easier, we’re still inputting the same info over and over like it's Groundhog Day. Why bother with it if your processes just gonna make everything more redundant? 1 step forward, 5 steps back.
