      Helping members with retirement and making a difference in peoples lives.

      Cons

      All management including the non degree CEO is petty, unskilled, unprofessional and will set you up. I was not there very long but while I was there it was extremely toxic culture and environment.

      Retirement benefits Lower to mid level management actually trying to do the right thing and manage well Pretty great brutalist architecture

      The people, particularly administration/execs Saw absolutely reprehensible behavior from upper management, especially related to reasonable accommodations
