Pros
I would not have believed the state could offer such a great working culture. Employee engagement strategies and measurement, great cafe, pro-women environment even in investments. Jack, the CEO, is a gem.
Cons
It's still the state and there can be burdensome bureaucratic logistics and slow moving responses. Technology is old.
