Decent company to work for. - Technical Consultant Calance Employee Review

Thank you so much for this review. I agree we do not have company transportation. This is in part due to the distributed work environment at our India offices where people are staying all across Delhi/ NCR. However to ease commuting concerns, Calance has always followed a need based Work from home policy. In addition pre-pandemic, we had established a satellite office so that people need not travel to our Gurgaon office all the time. We will continue to monitor the situation and take actions accordingly. Your suggestions will be helpful in this regard.
