Pros

I began working for Eight Eleven Group/Calculated Hire almost a decade ago and can say I have never looked back. I have made some of my closest friendships, grown both professionally and personally, and have had the ability to truly grow under some of the best leaders imaginable. This industry is not for everyone but the culture and opportunities at Calculated Hire are meant for people to succeed, not just to see who can work the hardest or play the odds of bulk hiring. The company's biggest asset is its people, which is no secret why its people are the biggest focus for the company. If you want to grow a career surrounded by like-minded individuals in a team atmosphere, I highly encourage you to look at the Eight Eleven Groups brand of families and Calculated Hire!

Cons

The staffing industry is not easy. No day is the same and you are constantly having to balance the highest of highs and some lows, on almost a daily/weekly basis. If you are resilient, persistent, and lean into every situation good or bad as an opportunity to grow and learn, then you will go far!

Good communication from leadership and strong training from third party insurance company

Cons

Low hourly pay and no annual profit sharing while in contract role for third party insurance company

We recognize six paid holidays for our consultants each year and offer eligibility to participate in our 401k plan after a year of employment (1,000 hours).
