Pros

- Great people - smart and action oriented - Great work life balance embedded in the culture due to remote first approach - Once/year all hands retreat for most employees to come together in person - Company benchmarks salaries to the 75th percentile of the market, so very competitive pay - Amazing benefits - Great product to get behind - Executive leadership seem is smart and passionate

Cons

- Like many tech Saas companies, the company had some reductions in 2023 and had to look at expenses. That being said, I think they still kept investing in the key programs I care about and the company outlook is positive. - There are some negative nellies that have had a difficult time embracing the changes from the past year. - Executive leadership is recentering and has an opportunity to work more holistically together - instead of in silos.

You have all the resources needed to assist users!

Cons

Calendly is growing fast, which means continuous changes and a fast-paced environment, which will require you to keep up with new information. Since Customer Service provides vital assistance to the users 24/7, the Support team receives less perks!

Pros

Good people to be found, fully remote

Cons

Culture plummeted in my last year or two, and there was never any direction for me or my peers to feel like we had the tools we needed to grow. Priorities were in the wrong place and I no longer felt valued, just simply a number on a roster. My manager also would go from micromanaging to days-long silence, neither of which made for a productive work environment.
