Pros
There are so many talented people at this company and it was really great getting to know those people and learn new skills from them. The health benefits aren't bad and the fitness center is available 24hrs.
Cons
Seriously...this was probably the worst place I've ever worked. Inexperienced and unqualified management, arbitrary annual review process, pitiful wages, and corporate bullying at its finest. I will never work for this company again. A lot of the people there are miserable (due to horrible management). Promotions are unlikely if you're a minority. Don't even think about reporting anything to HR, they'll get rid of you immediately!
