      They believe in having fun in the workplace! It is not a stuffy environment where you do not feel comfortable approaching management.

      There is some lack of communication however you have that in every company you work for! Be the solution!

      Pros

      Pay can be great if work is there. Management tends to be helpful and training is pretty good.

      Cons

      If shop is slow service advisors are punished and go into a commission debt that has to be paid back before any commission can be made again.
