Flexible work hours, well established company, potential for growth in company, top notch facility
Cons
Systems put in place are great for customer service, however they do hinder production. Shop is best served as an hourly shop, very hard to make consistent paychecks.

Benefits are good. Some effort for consistency. I like staying busy and there is almost always something to do. Some people are nice.
Cons
I really wanted to like this company. It’s very corporate. It’s very involved. There is a lot of micromanagement. People really do act like they’re your friends and they are absolutely not. It’s hard to work somewhere for so much of your time where you truly can’t let your guard down or get too close. Everyone talks between shops, centers, regions, etc. There’s a lot of gossip throughout the company and even if you don’t think it goes somewhere, it does.
It doesn’t matter if you are good at your job or a good person because they don’t care about that here. You can be entirely awful to people here and keep your job for years! I suppose that con is actually a pro because it makes it very difficult for someone to actually get fired from this company.
