      Great teammates and if you can find the time, theres potential for this to be a fun place to work

      Cons

      Long hours, stressful environment, limited growth opportunities, salary is not worth the additional overtime you’re expected to work and additional responsibilities you will be expected to take on. You may wait years to receive a raise you’ve been “promised”.

      Benefits, events, meeting were always great, and management is awesome.

      Pros

      Pay can be great if work is there. Management tends to be helpful and training is pretty good.

      Cons

      If shop is slow service advisors are punished and go into a commission debt that has to be paid back before any commission can be made again.
