      Ability to work overtime hours for time and a half pay.

      Cons

      I experienced discrimination by my manager, and at several times heard that "he would rather make the job more difficult so someone quits instead of finding a reason to fire them" Pay is not desirable for the extreme amount of duties for this position.

      Benefits, events, meeting were always great, and management is awesome.

      Pros

      Pay can be great if work is there. Management tends to be helpful and training is pretty good.

      Cons

      If shop is slow service advisors are punished and go into a commission debt that has to be paid back before any commission can be made again.
