Pros

The pay is great, you can make over 100k/year w/no education. Benefits are good and offered from day 1. All managers are different, but mine is supportive and understanding. She always has my back, same goes for my regional manager. I am a salaried employee who technically has 2 weeks of PTO/year, but my manager does not require you to use PTO if you are sick or have to leave early for doctors appointments or to pick up kids as long as you don't abuse it. We also get off major holidays, so you really get off 4 weeks/year. There is the opportunity for advancement within the company. I have been with the company 1.5 years and I have received 2 raised and a promotion. My hard work has been recognized and rewarded, and I feel appreciated by my bosses.

Cons

There are no repercussions for body techs when they do shady things or push out poor quality work because there is such a shortage of body men these days, but that is not really the companies fault. Most days I work at least 10 hours, sometimes more. There is next to no training provided for you. They throw you in the deep end and hope you learn how to swim quickly.

Pros

Pay can be great if work is there. Management tends to be helpful and training is pretty good.

Cons

If shop is slow service advisors are punished and go into a commission debt that has to be paid back before any commission can be made again.
