      Grateful for the severence package

      Cons

      You're 'in it together' until you're not. There was a huge hiring surge before layoffs. Never would have accepted the position if there was potental for layoffs in such a short period of time.

      working from home is the only pro

      Cons

      low pay, overworked, short member sessions, micromanaged, lots of admin work, impossible to take breaks because of workload, lots of turnover, major burnout experienced by coaches.
