      Pros

      Smaller company with great growth and opportunity. Having worked for all the "Big Ones" I grew tires of waiting around for advancement. 20 people ahead of you for big promotions. I stated in my interview what I wanted to achieve with my career and I did my part and was greatly and now have my dream job!
