      Provided lunches were good. Work atmosphere was nice most of the time.

      No real advancement opportunities. You will end up wearing a lot of different hats without increase in pay

      Pros

      No BS just do your job. Few meetings, few bureucratic BS. Emplyee manual uses real phrases that make sense. They are clear that the customer pays our bills so take care of them. Engineering team is competent and up to date.

      Cons

      Growning fast has missed a few things. That should be better with the new building.
