Pros
The people- From the front desk to the designers to the installers to upper management. I've built some life-long relationships because of that place. The atmosphere- the atmosphere, for being in the construction industry, was the best I've ever had the pleasure of participating in.
Cons
When I was employed there, my only grievances were the pay which I've heard has finally matched (or come close to) competitors, and the fact I felt I wasn't taken seriously. I performed many tasks that absolutely should have been managerial tasks, but never really received the recognition but more importantly when I suggested a procedure to reduce one if the biggest issues (tear out of existing closets) I was shut down before I was even able to propose my idea.
