Pros
CC has a good product and is the leader in closet/whole home organization. Good brand recognition, quality product, great software, training and I enjoy meeting new customers. CC provides leads which is great.
Cons
No work life balance, at all. Long hours and late nights are required to keep head above water and make a decent income. Prices are getting too high and lots of competition is coming into the market. Very stressful to try and make "numbers", and disappointing to design for "free" when people don't buy or take your renderings else where. No paid vacation at our franchise and very hard to take time off. We are expected to be available on vacation for meetings, and calls from operations if they have questions. Customers naturally want to text, and email when they are off work meaning weekends and evenings. You can't get away from work. No room for advancement unless you want to be a design manager and even that is more stressful. No thanks.
