Pros
The mission it presents is worth taking a stab at the job, hard working team members, and pretty fulfilling job. Benefits are pretty solid and overall a reasonable flexibility on how to perform job duties.
Cons
On paper the mission, work culture, and interview seemed to be really positive. However, FarmLink is stuck between two generations of workers and not solidifying its identity. With vague job descriptions, policies, and a lack of a formal HR department the turn around in the company is on average about 6-8 per year. When the team is small, this makes a big impact. This comes as a surprise, due to the initial interview stating the company had minimal turn around. Burnout is common and expected, along with clashing of communication styles and levels of professionalism. Transparency is also a big issue and effects morale.
