High turnover, Don't expect much work life balance they'll have you work a night shift (ending near 11-12) and expecting you to work a morning shift (6 AM), Management and Ownership have an issue with not delivering on promises. When benefits were first announced it was only for Captains (Managers) and Full Time employees. Now they've turned their back on that promise and only offered it to management. Management does pick favorites so you have to be a suck up to even get any advancement within the company. The human resources person is also a manager at the store with is also very odd.
