The boss should not be in charge of other human beings. Full stop. He is rude, aggressive, unprofessional, clueless when it comes to marketing and has a god complex. He can change very quickly from amiable to verbally abusive. He doesn't like it when people are smarter than he is. I should have known when I found out that the company had changed names multiple times that there was something wrong. One day someone was fired and everyone else hardly reacted. I then realised that that is what he does. No one stays there very long apart from one, who he belittled and made to feel like she was no use to anyone else. He became very friendly with a younger female intern and I felt so sorry for her. She was clearly creeped out by him. One day I was fired. He accused me of not doing work that I had actually done but it seemed to coincide with the end of my third month working there. Funny that. Life is too short to work in places like this.
