We were concerned to read your comment and would like to clarify that we do not , nor have we ever, condoned or tolerated any form of slavery or exploitation in our business. We are committed to upholding ethical and responsible practices in all aspects of our operations. We do expect employees to commit to their work schedules and show up to work in a timely fashion, working as close as possible to the agreed upon hours set in their schedule. There are policies and measures in place to hold staff accountable to this in addition to an incentive of up to $1/hr. No one, however, is ever forced or exploited to do so.
