I have work with Waynua (Formerly Callpageboy) for a number of months, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, they are so unprofessional and especially the Management team are rude, strict and always causing drama and involving others into the drama through out the day and there generally isn't a peaceful day in the call center where there is no problem as there is always something . They are strict on everything and especially on break times you only have 20 minutes out of the whole day of an 8/9-hour shift to do whatever you want (toilet break, smoke break, etc.) thats generally not enough out of the whole day with stress of dealing with callers and dont think is legal at all! Of course Waynua couldn't give a dame about that they let you suffer!! They get their customers and money at the end!! No respect for the employees. I honestly dont know how anyone could call this a company because its like a circus and corrupted business falling apart!

Pros

They had around 100 different clients and it was daunting at first learning and remembering the differences between each client's requirements, but it became easy enough to do once you'd been doing it a few months. The kind of job you could forget about at 5pm.

Cons

Not much opportunities for advancement. Was there several years but still remained on hourly pay. Never got offered a fixed salary.
