      Beautiful mission nice benefits; great healthcare and PTO

      Cons

      Poorly managed, inefficient, and master gas lighters. The way the organization is managed makes it nearly impossible to be productive let alone creative. Top leaders ignore staff experiences and management doesn't understand its client base

      Work from home for some roles. Committed staff driven by values. Good medical.

      Cons

      403b match a joke, worse for non-union but bad all around. Vacation and time off not competitive with similar jobs. Unnecessary and constant change. Feeling unimportant and invisible. Many managers are less experienced than their staff.
