Pros
This has by far been one of my favorite employers! It's an unspoken value within the team that innovation and inspiration can come from anywhere and so even if it's not your area of expertise, everyone is invited and encouraged to participate and learn as a group. Everyone is also so kind and willing to take the time to explain certain aspects and listen to your ideas.
Here's a short list of the pros:
- Great environment, very team oriented
- Transparency is practiced by everyone, including the CEO, not just stated as a value
- The company has tons of potential for growth and success which makes work very exciting
- Everyone works hard to make a positive impact on the world around them
- Management is very open to discussion and ideas for continual improvement
