      I can easily approach managers for help. Projects are challenging but exciting. You get to work on challenging projects that boost learning. There’s also on-the-job training, which I find helpful—it has improved many people’s skills.

      I have worked on long- and short-term projects; comparatively, short-term projects are challenging.
