      -There are no pros to working here -This is only reflective of District 3 other locations may be better in overall quality

      Cons

      -Extreme micromanagement -under qualified supervisors -nepotism will get you places but not ability -Zero support in professional development -Stagnant wages -Work environment feels like high school -Don’t apply here if you want an actual career in Civil Engineering

      Good job stability, strong benefits and retirement package, supportive work-life balance, and valuable experience working on large public infrastructure projects. Great place to gain hands-on exposure to transportation systems and build long-term engineering experience. Good environment for professional growth and obtaining licenses/certifications.
