Good Co-Workers and an opportunity to learn the automation industry. If you like Traveling you could spend half your time traveling. sometimes whether you like it or not.
Cons
No apprenticeships available.They tend to tell you what you want to hear and then can't back it up mostly because of the many changes in management. Automation in general is up and down and they are no exception you could be working 60 hrs a week one month then 40 hrs while fearing for your job the next month.
