Communication between teams could be improved

I had just under 5 brilliant years at Cambridge Audio and will always look back on the time spent fondly and wish them well. Having started in an Amazon Lead role I was moved up to a Head of Ecomm role. Great culture, brilliant team trips and just a lot of good people and memories overall. Love the products too. I also had some incredible support from the owner during periods of ill health which I will always be grateful for.

Not unique to CA, but the balance between digital and traditional sales channels can be stressful, but this is more the nature of an omni channel approach.
